Family Therapy
We work with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Our family-centered approach helps identify patterns that may be contributing to difficulties and develops strategies to create a healthier family system.

Thomas M. Winter
Thomas M. Winter, B.S. Thomas M. Winter brings over two decades of dedicated service in education and youth leadership to his role as Partner at Atlas Counseling & Consulting. Known to those he works with as Thom, he has worn many hats throughout his career — teacher, coach, board member, and principal — each role deepening his understanding of what it truly means to lead with purpose. Thom's philosophy of leadership is as straightforward as it is enduring: show up, work hard, and do the right thing. He believes that great leadership is not built in moments of inspiration, but in the daily commitment to being present, consistent, and accountable. For Thom, longevity in service is itself a statement — a signal to the people and communities you lead that you are in it for them, not for yourself. These touchstones — consistency, presence, and longevity — guide everything Thom brings to his work at Atlas. After more than 20 years of showing up for young people and his community, Thom continues to do exactly that — now with the full support of the Atlas team behind him.
